Rhona Mitra
Mitra played the live-action character model for Lara Croft, the lead character of Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider video game series prior to when Angelina Jolie took the role for the two Tomb Raider films (2001-2003). Mitra was placed at No. 46 in Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2000. She played Christopher Lambert's romantic love interest in Beowulf. She was Scott Wolf's unintentional love interest in Party of Five, her first big role. Mitra was a minor character in Hollow Man, a film about a neighbor who is raped and murdered by Kevin Bacon. In the role of Alejandra "Ollie", Klein played a significant role in Gideon's crossing's medical drama. The roles she played in Ali G Indahouse and Sweet Home Alabama were later followed by roles in Stuck on You and Highwaymen. Mitra appeared in the finale season of The Practice as Tara Wilson and reprised the role throughout its spin-off Boston Legal, but left shortly after the start of the season's second. Mitra was in the third season's Kit McGraw role on Nip/Tuck in 2005. Mitra then went on to appear in Skinwalkers, The Number 23 and Shooter.In 2008, Mitra starred in the leading role in the science fiction/action film Doomsday as Major Eden Sinclair (sometimes mistakenly named in some databases as Caryn Peterson) In 2009, she was cast in Underworld: Rise of the Lycans as Sonja she was the daughter of the powerful vampire older Viktor (played by Bill Nighy). She grew fond of her vampire claws while filming and refused to take them off when not visible. "I put those fangs on the very first day, and I felt that they should have always been there. It's a bit odd. They remained in the process of filming and also in all my dialog. Stargate Universe also included her in three episodes.
