Brooke Vincent
Brooke Vincent is a Manchester-born actress, born in the month of June 1992. Following her discontent with dance and swimming classes She decided she would like to work as an actor at age 7. The company she signed with was Laine Management. The first TV appearance was in 2002, when she starred in the role of Casey Glass in the League of Gentleman. It was suggested that she audition in March 2004 for the character as Sophie Webster at Coronation Street, after Emma Woodward left the soap. Brooke took the role and made her first appearance on 12th May 2004. Brooke studied drama in Manchester after she graduated of Fairfield High School for Girls. As well as her role of a regular character on Coronation Street, Brooke got the opportunity to work on a Saturday in an area hairdresser. Brooke said on This Morning in 2009 that even though she loved her Saturday work, she had trouble answering the phone as she spoke with a "common sounding voice".
